Mark Stopa Shocked By Contents Of Sealed Indictment That Accuses Him Of Running A Major Fraud & Racketeering Scheme

Sources have told People V. Mark Stopa that disbarred attorney Mark Stopa is shocked by a grand jury vote. Now, the grand jury has prepared a sealed indictment against Stopa and the members of the Mark Stopa Crime Family. Of course this includes his wife, Adrienne Federico.

Why is Mark Stopa shocked by the a grand jury calling him out for his crimes?

RICO Racketeering and 1st Degree Felony Fraud.

The Pinellas County grand jury has sealed the multi-count indictment for Mark Stopa and Adrienne Federico. Law enforcement sources also say they have indictments for a dozen attorneys who assisted Stopa and his wife.

Prosecutors say they are waiting for the feds and the Florida Bar to conclude their respective investigations. 

They anticipate Stopa will resist arrest by kicking and screaming. The also anticipate pulling a “I can’t breathe!” type stunt. 

Authorities cite a plethora of evidence that shows “unremitting pattern of fraud and racketeering activity” orchestrated by Stopa. Authorities also say the sheer volume of the crimes is mind boggling in it’s scape and scope.

Stopa is facing a 20+ count indictment including racketeering and conspiracy. Conspiracy and racketeering alone carrying a maximum penalty of life in prison. The court could also fine Stopa up to $20 million.

Stopa’s wife, Adrienne Federico and Stopa’s attorneys are also facing decades in prison. Law enforcement sources say Stopa’s attorneys have been offered leniency in return for testifying against Mark Stopa. This includes fellow St. Petersburg attorney and Stopa pal Matt Weidner. 

Stopa’s Lifelong Pattern of Fraud, Deception and Theft

Mark Stopa’s Early Life Was Filled With Troubles

Stopa’s life is filled with troubles and heartache. He was born a child of incest and sexual abuse. He also suffered from a rare, incest-related genetic condition known as “Hermaphroditic Penile Agenesis.”

This condition caused him to have a very small nub penis together with gynecomastia man-boobs. The family inbreeding left Stopa with an inferior intelligence and disproportionate downs-syndrome like body parts.

As a result, children mocked young Mark Stopa was ruthlessly. Stopa’s birth defect prevented him from playing on the school football team. Doctors at the time classified him as female. 

The Lee County School District did not allow girls to play on boys sports teams. It also didn’t help that Stopa threw a football like an effeminate weirdo.

Stopa spiraled into a frightening Omen-like psychopath as coping mechanism from all the rejection. Classmates say he would throw kittens from bridge overpasses into rush hour traffic and laugh.

Mark Stopa the Water Boy

In high school, he was offered the position of “water boy” for the football team. School staff hoped this would help manage his mental illness and self esteem better than putting him on psychiatric drugs.

Unfortunately, Stopa was repeatedly caught sniffing and masturbating to dirty football jock straps in the boys locker room. As a result, school authorities had no choice but to remove him as water boy. They then placed him in after school detention along with other teenage degenerates. Lee County schools later expelled Stopa for refusing to stop the perverted behavior.

It was at this point that Stopa’s unnatural obsession with fantasy football took root. Stopa’s siblings say their brother was obsessed with strong muscular men who played football.

One of Stopa’s former gay fantasy football friends says Stopa had a Josh Allen blow up sex doll in Stopa’s theater dungeon room covered in rancid boy butter.  Stopa joked that it was just a doll. (isn’t that what they all say)

Stopa’s parents had to continually move from city to city to escape the shame of little Mark’s horrific childhood behavior.

Of course, all of this turned Stopa’s adulthood into a sad and disappointing journey of lies, deception, fraud and theft.
